Our manufacturing facilities are divided into two plants. Wire assembly plant located in Gurgaon and Injection Molding plant in Bawal. Our plants are equipped with world class equipment and machinery designed to deliver the highest standards of productivity and quality.
Bharat Enterprises’s expertise lies in production of automotive and home appliance parts from high performance engineering polymers. Bharat Enterprises possesses 5+ years of experience in establishing stable processes and by employing the techniques of Scientific Molding we are able to optimize process parameters to correct inconsistencies, ensure repeatability, and maximize efficiency. We use Injection molding machines, ranges from 150 Ton to 700 Ton for production of parts.

Automatic wire crimping machine for chained lugs. This fully automatic wire cutting stripping and crimping machine can process 4 wires simultaneously. The automatic wire crimping machine can crimp chained terminals on one end of the wires and twist the wire strands on the other end. The load testing is done by the crimp force monitor (CFM) that is attached to the machine. The automatic wire crimping machine can accommodate any type of applicator.
This is fully automatic machine. It can process wire cutting stripping , seal fitment and both side crimping simultaneously. The load testing is done by the crimp force monitor (CFA) that is attached to the machine.
We have cross-section analysis facility to check the crimping of part by finding out the- Wire Combination, Target Strand Count, Actual Strand Count, Target Crimp Height, Actual Crimp Height, Area before Crimping, Area after Crimping, Crimp Compression.
We have high-precision push and pull test instrument, which is widely used in checking Push / pull load of Terminal crimping and connector
We have leakage testing facility to check water leakage in wire assy holders. This is Vacuum Decay type testing machine to suit comprehensive range of tests. This machine has all advanced features for precision detection of leakage.
We have continuity testing facility to check open closed connection between wire harness. It detects wrong sequence on connectors .
A continuity checker is a simple test instrument that tests de-energized circuits or components for a complete path for current to flow. The continuity test mode is commonly used to test components such as switches, fuses, electrical connections, and individual conductors.
Bharat Enterprises has taken Training and development initiatives by setting up a DOJO CENTER “GURUKUL” for educational activities within the organization that are designed to improve the job performance of an individual or group. These programs typically involve advancing a worker’s knowledge and skill sets and instilling greater motivation to enhance job performance. Bharat Enterprises also provides training to staff members from External source, MACE (Maruti center of excellence).
